Incompetent when changing the tires on the motorcycle, I took my son's motorcycle for a tire change and during the change they broke a part of the rear wheel, when my son went to pick it up while using it there was a loud noise and a burning smell and they blamed the problem on where we had bought the motorcycle, before it worked very well

I'd suggest that the owners enroll their employees in a customer service course. You know that feeling of bothering people? I felt that way today! I arrive at reception and wait my turn, and after a minute the employee turns to me, almost annoyed, with a "Tell me!" We start off well, but I don't say anything; I politely ask that I'd like a quote to change the front tires on my car, and I hand her the booklet to check the measurements. She, even more annoyed, warns me that the tire change isn't immediate, but must be booked in advance; I silently accept this. Unfortunately, the booklet lists various tire sizes, and when she asks me the size, I don't know how to answer, so I ask if we can check (let's just say, tire size isn't something I check every day). All hell breaks loose! Her face looks even more annoyed and her manner is curt, as if to make me understand she has no time to waste! No problem, I got my registration card back and went to the tire shop located 100 meters further on. Tires changed in half an hour, and above all, the staff was polite and helpful. I'm not looking for red carpets, but at least a modicum of politeness. Not recommended (at least for check-in).

Sono andata da loro per sistemare il cerchione dell auto, mi hanno detto 3/4 GG , invece dopo due giorni mi hanno richiamato x ritirarlo, gentili veloci e l officina è pure comoda e vicina a dove abito.
