Terrible service. We waited two hours for assistance, despite the advertised wait time being forty minutes. Furthermore, while we were waiting, we received an automatic message that moved the assistance time to the next morning, creating a lot of confusion. When the tow truck arrived, the operator even told me he'd done me a favor by stopping by. I hope whoever runs the service needs the tow truck.

This company saved us from a major predicament with their roadside assistance after an attempted theft of our motorhome, which resulted in the ignition being destroyed, leaving us unable to continue our journey. They assisted us quickly and efficiently when even our insurance company couldn't resolve the issue at the time. Both Tonino in the workshop and the office staff (I'm sorry I don't know their names) were very patient and kind to us foreigners who didn't speak the language, and they did everything they could to repair the damage as quickly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend them.
