Worst tire dealer I've ever met.
They fitted two used front tires at my request, without checking them myself beforehand, only having glanced at them briefly while looking for a trusted tire dealer in Rovigo. The result?
They presented me with two and had them fitted, since they were asking around €90 a pair. Two days later, one tire was flat on its own, already punctured with a patch applied, already worn from being exposed to the sun. Another tire dealer in Rovigo shuddered at the sight of it, with comments I won't write.
I went back to tell them, and they replied: "It's done a lot of miles on it, it's impossible for them to be in that condition."
I showed them the work they'd done on the puncture they already had (used tires aren't necessarily punctured, I imagine):
"I don't know what to tell you, there's no warranty on used tires."
The car has been sitting idle for the past fifteen minutes after they were fitted. That's all I'll say.
Obviously there's no warranty on used cars, but I expected at least a mea culpa, since I didn't go and get my money back after realizing I'd been scammed.
€90 down the drain.
Terrible.
Terrible repair shop.
Terrible with customers.
I'd like to say see you next time, but instead, definitely never again.
I'm attaching photos of the tires with 3 more miles on them than when they were first fitted; I repeat, 3 more miles. If only to note the cracks they have from being exposed to the sun if they weren't the "miles I would have clocked up."

I had the tires changed by a second tire dealer, an excellent experience.

I went there with my Focus for used tires, as they were the only place in the area that had them. Aside from the great price, the work was done expertly.
This tire shop uses a torque wrench (which isn't a given).
If I have the chance, I'll gladly return.

I was driving on the A13 motorway and noticed that my tyre was slowly losing pressure thanks to the sensors and the navigator took me to the nearest tyre dealer and I almost got to them who solved the problem by changing the tyre with a used (almost new) 19-inch one with all the work of disassembly and reassembly balancing all in 10 minutes and 50 euros for everything!!!! Honest and professional people!!! If only they were all like this!!! For me they are the best!!! Thanks Guglielmo and Vittorio!!!
