Here's my experience. I've been using Marco's services for a long time, about five years, and they've always been great. The last time I bought replacement tires, I brought the vehicle in and they did the job. That evening, while I was driving home from work, I heard a noise. Thinking it was a mechanical problem, I immediately called my mechanic, and after a few questions, he told me to pull over immediately and check the tires. I checked, and he was right: the lug nuts were loose, and if I had continued, I would have killed myself. I tried to contact them for help and report the issue, but unfortunately, they got through to voicemail. A couple stopped and kindly helped me out. I tightened the lug nuts and continued on my way. The next day, I went back to Marco, explained the problem, and showed him the video I'd taken the night before. They apologized, tightened the lug nuts more tightly with their wrench, and asked me to test drive the vehicle for a while to make sure the problem wasn't caused by my vehicle. After that, we'd talk again, and he told me he'd definitely treat me well. Time passed, the wheels were fine, never giving me any problems, and to be safe, I waited until last week since the end of February. I called him and told him the vehicle was fine, and that the lug nuts hadn't come loose due to a problem with my vehicle, but rather that they had made a mistake that could have cost me my life. I then asked for a portion of my money back, since the work wasn't done properly. In response, he reminded me he'd give me a huge discount. I told him I was sorry, but after a problem like that, my trust had completely evaporated, and I had no intention of trusting him with the vehicle again, even though he kept insisting that nothing had happened. Fortunately, that didn't happen, thanks to the mechanic and a lucky star! It's true that to err is human, but refusing to admit such a serious mistake and refund a portion of the poorly done work is unacceptable. This was my experience. So, just as I've always praised and recommended him in the past, today I feel compelled to advise me to be extremely careful.

Professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. The owner and team at this tire shop are truly kind and strive to meet the customer's needs. I had a problem with a wheel that they not only fixed, but also managed to do so very quickly, allowing me to leave the same day. Well done!

If you're looking for a tire dealer for your motorcycle, I definitely wouldn't recommend this one. It's a new bike and the rims are scratched, even though I recommended being careful when starting the job. I understand that rims can be delicate, but if someone has done the original equipment installation without damaging anything, I don't think it's impossible—quite the opposite. Simply put, if you can't do it yourself, you can hire two people for more support. They then offer to repaint the rim without guaranteeing results (as they come, quote) and without touching the bike again, or else offer a €10 discount, which I find ridiculous. Also, a course on how to use a torque wrench wouldn't hurt. (If you don't have the right equipment, you certainly shouldn't blame the bike. 😅 Anyone can make mistakes, but it would be better to pay for the damages immediately rather than propose solutions that make no sense. Trust me, go elsewhere.
