I'd give it 10 stars, but I'm limited. Today I went to Lucagomme. Luca welcomed me very kindly, carefully checked my tire, and patiently explained its condition. Being Chinese, I don't understand what he said, but he still patiently told me the tire didn't need replacing and inflated it. Thank you so much, Luca, and I highly recommend everyone to go to Lucagomme. I believe their enthusiasm, courtesy, professionalism, and patience will never disappoint you.

I called to make an appointment to replace two tires and have them aligned, as the car was drifting to the right. I showed up on the day of the appointment, and he told me it was messed up and was rushing me. He had me change the tires on the spot by a young guy, obviously an intern, who scratched all my new 18-inch wheels. He delivered the car after about half an hour, telling me the alignment wasn't necessary and that he had just 'straightened the steering a bit.' The price to pay: €60. I left with the car drifting to the right as before and the wheels scratched. You should know how to do your job, since it's your job; I certainly don't have to explain it to you. Why didn't I come back to you and complain? Because my car will never set foot in that shop again! I'm giving one star because zero is not allowed.

I had some tire problems on the eve of a long trip I had to take. I showed up without an appointment on a Monday morning, and within a couple of hours, the car was returned to me. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you so much.
