Appointment set for 10, we are notified at 9:10 that the tires have not arrived. Half day leave from work requested for nothing. Notice is given the evening before, not close to the appointment made 2 days before.

I've been a customer for several years. Lately, tire changes have been costing different amounts depending on who's paying. We also had an invoice for a previous job, but we always pay after each job and have never asked for an invoice; the receipt is enough. We've changed tire dealers.
