We stopped by on Tuesday evening to arrange a tire change. We were told to come back on Thursday and they would fix the car in an hour.
On Thursday, we were told to come back. We checked together to see if the tires were there and agreed to return this morning.
This morning, my partner called at 8 to confirm. We agreed to return at 10.
At 10, the car was dropped off with the agreement to pick it up an hour later.
We returned to the shop at 11 and were told that the tires were gone and had been given to someone else, and that this could happen. We were told to return the following week.
A terrible experience. Not to mention the rude way in which the information was given. I lost two mornings of work due to their poor service. I do not recommend them.
