Good evening everyone, I don't like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately, given the manner and the responses I received from the owner, it's my duty, as a customer, to explain what happened.
I made a regular appointment to replace the summer tires with winter ones (already on the rims) and requested a brake wear sensor replacement... everything was agreed upon with the owner.
As soon as I arrived, I reminded the tire dealer of everything that needed to be done, and was told that the sensor couldn't be replaced because it wouldn't guarantee proper fit when reassembling the wheel arch.
I was told I could do it myself while the car was on the lift (this response was incredible, considering that anyone who wasn't authorized wouldn't even be in the shop).
Having said that (obviously, I didn't accept it), they started changing tires, and I noticed that the winter tires weren't being balanced. I politely asked them to do it (as is customary), and again I noticed that it was only done on two tires.
Disappointed with the service, I contacted the owner, asking for an explanation of these constant misunderstandings. I also specified that, if the service had changed, I would have changed centers (I've been using them for 5 years).
Mr. Fabio's curt response was: "It's me who doesn't want to see it here anymore."
Fortunately, I was able to see with my own eyes what hadn't been done, and therefore, as a customer, I could contest the action.
As for the response, I won't comment... but it must be remembered that I am the customer, and I pay what is due for it to be done. I work to a TRULY ACCURACY standard (without my supervision).
That said, to avoid wasting any more time, I asked them to remove the car from the lift and put on summer tires...obviously, the service I received was not up to par (without a doubt).

Excellent tire dealer, the owner is courteous and his employees are truly skilled. They offer high-quality tire repairs (they don't vulcanize tires) using high-quality patches and glues. Obviously, quality comes at a price.
For new tires, the prices are average. They also offer calibration, wheel alignment, etc.

Always a guarantee. Precision, kindness, competence. MOT done, in this case DMV inspectors present for routine checks. So I believe a thorough inspection but everything ok despite the venerable age of the car, which I always keep well-maintained. Anyway, everything ok. Back to the point, reliable equipment and people both for the MOT and the tires.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
I should start by saying that I've practically always gone to this tire shop. When it came time to pay, if I even mentioned a different price than the one agreed upon, the old man at the front desk offered me a discount, then practically kicked me out, and told me not to show up again, without even a discussion. I dared to point out that I'd been quoted a different price; that was my fault. I was left speechless; something like that had never happened to me. It was simply shameful. Highly discouraged!!

In April 2022, before I went to get my winter tires changed to summer tires, a friend pointed out that I had already installed summer tires... basically, they charged me in November without doing the work... I drove all winter on summer tires, risking accidents and fines. After I pointed this out to the owner, he became defensive, rude, and arrogant (unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt). BEWARE!!!
