Great. I've been using them for years now for tire changes and car inspections, even though I live an hour from Schio. They've always given me a prompt appointment, and the work was done quickly. The receptionists are very kind. I recommend them!!!

MOT passed professionally, furthermore at no cost the MOT technician adjusted and oriented the headlights appropriately due to a previously incorrect installation of the bulbs

Professional, punctual, and above all, unsurpassed attention to detail: the staff uses seat protectors, clean wheels are returned, and tires are replaced in bags to avoid dirtying the trunk. A transparent service; from the waiting room, you can clearly see the impeccable work of the competent staff.

NOT PROFESSIONAL Let me start by saying that I've been a customer for many years, both my father and I. I'm writing this review as a disappointed person. I went to get my car inspected, a fairly new car from 2017. When I picked it up, the inspection guy told me in a lighthearted way that something was wrong with the bulb socket. I confirmed this, meaning I had put electrical tape on some nearby wires, thinking that was what he meant. The next day, he admitted that the bulb fell into the headlight and went out. Conclusion? They broke the bulb socket, as shown in the photo. Initially, the mechanic denied everything; there were only two of us present to pick up the car. The mechanic offered to give us the registration document and buy everything back. After two days, and risking a fine since the police stopped us, we went back to the shop and they paid us off, saying they'd pay half the cost of the part. Obviously, I refused because this was absurd and unprofessional, considering the damage they caused me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I'd rather buy the part myself and never go there again, given the TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DAMAGE.
