This was my first tire change (long-term rental), and I had some difficulty scheduling a suitable date for installation. The initial order took a little longer because the tires had to be purchased from the supplier first, as the owner explained to me—an aspect unrelated to their service. Despite the initial appointment being scheduled quite far in advance, they managed to schedule the service early, demonstrating their availability and excellent management. So far, 5 stars: I will definitely continue to choose them, confident that they will maintain the same level of professionalism and customer service in the future.

Kind, competent, and—and I'm referring especially to Mr. Mario—patient enough to listen to problems and resolve them, even providing explanations. My new car was visibly pulling to the right right after delivery. Mr. Mario solved for me in 30 minutes what others hadn't understood or attempted to understand in six months: because expertise and equipment aren't enough, you also need the will to do it. Well done!
