Terrible experience. I took a car in for a wheel alignment. I arrived on time, they brought me in, a guy started the job, then took it out, forgetting the compressed air gun adapter on the wheel lug nut. He dropped it on the curb. I handed it back and he told me he'd even forgotten to tighten the lug nuts by hand. And he said, "It's important, we don't want customers losing their wheels." I got home and, as I got out, my eye fell on the seat. A huge stain of white grease covered the seat, the backrest, and my jacket. I called because I was short on time, and in a blunt and concise manner, they told me to book in. They had a contact person who did the job, but I had to leave the car. In short, a huge waste of time. I'd rather do my own thing, spending half an hour trying to clean it, and it didn't even come out right. New car, seat stained due to someone's carelessness and inattention. A plastic sheet would have sufficed, like all the repair shops do these days. Congratulations, you've lost a customer.
