I was truly impressed by this tire dealer's professionalism. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to clearly explain every necessary repair, without ever pushing for unnecessary expense. I particularly appreciated how quickly he identified a problem that others had been unable to resolve: an annoying vibration in the steering wheel. I thought it was just the tires, but he discovered it was a worn control arm.
What convinced me to return to him is that he doesn't just specialize in tires, but also in general mechanics. During my last service, he replaced my brake pads and checked the alignment, all at fair prices and with prompt turnaround.
One incident that really won me over: a few weeks ago, while I was on my way to an important appointment, I got a flat tire. Even though he was busy, he let me through right away, repairing the tire in less than half an hour and getting me back on the road without me missing my appointment. Impeccable and rare service.

Hospitality, quality, and price all encompassed by a competent and trained staff, and then there's Pasquale and Alessandro who with manner and courtesy solve any problem. I called to receive assistance on site because my car does not have a spare wheel. They made themselves available, they were very kind and above all I received a fast and super professional service. Super nice and helpful staff here! I rented a car and the gas light came on, so I had to find someone to check this. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and even tried to contact other nearby stores for potential gas change options.
