I'd add that the fact that the tire dealer keeps insisting he's right confirms my opinion of the Alessandria and Tortona areas. A widespread backward mentality. Precisely because I'm from elsewhere, I can't agree with the "we've been there for 20 years" mentality. >In another, more advanced area, you would have closed after two or three years.
So I went on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, to repair a tire, but after a day and a half, it was flat again and I couldn't drive. The tire is the same one you weren't able to repair: the right front one. See the photos.
INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A COURTESY TIRE TO DRIVE SAFELY, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED a pair of new tires.
I will never come to you again.
In fact, I was treated terribly, as if I were owed something.
No refund because I was stranded for days and I sent you an email with my IBAN, but the refund never arrived. You didn't even want to admit the erroneous repair in person; in fact, I was even mocked.
Finally, you lied and claimed I'd had another flat, casting doubt on the inconvenience caused.
You can't claim something like this because I took photos of the tire in your shop today. It's the same thing.
The amount for the inadequate repair must be refunded within 8 days, according to the Consumer Code.
On top of the insult of having to stay home on Sundays.
I do not recommend this tire dealer.

I had to exit the highway because my tire warning light came on. Luckily, I found this tire shop right away, where I was met with kindness, helpfulness, and courtesy. They took away my travel worries, and I have to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! Excellent service. You can't go wrong here!

On the way from Genoa to Germany, two warning lights came on in the car. The garage immediately contacted someone who speaks German and translated the problem for us. They read the error codes, took a test drive with us, and lifted the car on a lift. A total of three people worked on it. They told us we could drive slowly to Germany at 100 km/h. And that worked out fine. They didn't charge us for the entire service. It's great that such quick and friendly service still exists.

Very helpful, kind, and fast. I was in the area and had issues with my vehicle. I contacted them and they were there right away. They changed my tire oil and checked it out within an hour so I could get home safely.
