My family and I have been loyal customers for over 16 years. I'm only detailing the latest episode to highlight their professionalism. I'm writing on Saturday for a quote on winter tires for the car I just bought. Within 5 minutes, Romina had already made me an offer for four different tires. Once confirmed, I was able to choose from six different dates and times. In four days, I had the perfect car to enjoy the mountains. Unfortunately, I can't be happy with the way I was treated. I went to have my car inspected (an appointment was made 15 days earlier).
After an hour of waiting, the car still needed to be serviced; when I reminded them, they did it quickly. After less than a week, the tire pressure indicator showed low pressure. I checked, and the two left tires were fine, while the two right ones were low. (I had specifically asked for the pressure to be checked: perhaps I should have specified all four?)
I'm sorry, but two hours for an inspection, with an appointment, and one that was done poorly...that's too much.
