I went to this tire shop to get the wheel alignment done and the tires replaced. The two jobs were done about a month apart. After changing the tires, they didn't recheck the alignment (the car was pulling to the right), so I brought it back explaining the problem, and they justified themselves by saying the problem was the wishbones (this without even putting it on a lift to check). I took my car to another tire shop, who did the wheel alignment in 15 minutes. The wishbones were fine; the only thing missing was the desire to finish the job, but they had already pocketed the money for the tires, so...

The few times I've been there, I've always had a good experience. I can't say the same about this last time. I went because of a car problem: the low tire light was still on. I thought it was faulty sensors (having had a similar problem before), so I explained the situation and was told it was actually flat tires. Indeed, that was the case; even though I'd had the pressure checked a month or two earlier, the pressure was low, and the problem was resolved. In any case, I think there are ways to interact with customers. The person who greeted me seemed almost annoyed and even very pissed off, when I was simply explaining what I thought was the problem without meaning to be harsh. I'm sorry, but in my opinion, this is not the way to behave.
