I don't like giving negative reviews; I always tend to avoid them because there are people behind them who work! That said, 4 stars only for the guys, who are incredibly kind (I've been here a couple of times since moving to the next town). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the girl. While I was explaining what I wanted, she looked at the tires and said, "So what? Go where they put them." I wouldn't have asked for free work, obviously; I would have asked for a regular appointment and paid (where they put them is 40 km from where I live now, but I'll definitely go to the next town for my next tire change...).
Everyone has a bad day, but at least I see what the customer has...

I went to this tire shop for an emergency. One of the guys quickly removed the tire, immediately identifying the problem and providing a temporary but immediate solution. Within a few days, I had ordered the new part and installed it. The guys were kind and, above all, quick, despite the amount of work they had planned and unplanned at the time. I can't rate other services, but this was definitely a positive experience.

I'll start by saying that the guys are fast and polite. But the boss used rude language today because I asked not to be addressed with a "Ho," but to be addressed appropriately. She started telling me "go f***" repeatedly, and when I told her that was rude and that she shouldn't talk to her customers like that, she told me "get the f*** out!"
I was shocked by her lack of professionalism, the example she sets for her employees, and the impression she made in front of the other customers.
Today you had the power because I couldn't move with the tire, and I stayed, but in life, you never know. You won't be a boss everywhere...

5 stars - Top-notch professionalism!
After a less than satisfactory experience elsewhere, I decided to try this place for my wheel alignment, and it was the best choice! The staff is highly trained and professional, and you can immediately feel the attention to detail. The calibrations were performed with impeccable precision, and you can really feel the difference while driving.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and expertise. I'll definitely be back!

Good morning, I want to share my absolutely negative experience... I left the original summer tires of my 500 Dolcevita in storage, December 2022, I go for the change of season, and they "mistakenly" put on 2014 tires... and they justify themselves by always saying the same things, "I'm sorry, I have a thousand tires to manage etc etc... and final joke, my tires were mounted on another car and they didn't fit, but I had already sold the car, and they put on older and worn Yokohama tires... terrible experience... unfortunately I have to give a star to continue
