Exceptional service, without an appointment they dealt with my tyre TPMS problems immediately and at a very modest cost. Because of this we were able to continue our event and holiday and we are very grateful

Outstanding service – truly above and beyond!
We had a serious coolant leak while traveling through Italy and were lucky enough to end up at Garda Pneuservice (Euromaster). From the moment we arrived, Bruno and his team treated us with exceptional kindness and patience.
They immediately checked the car, explained everything clearly and even let us stay inside their cool workshop office while we coordinated the breakdown service with our German provider. That kind of hospitality is rare – we never felt rushed, pressured or unwelcome.There was no language barrier at all – everyone spoke very good English, which made the whole situation much easier and less stressful for us.
The vehicle was allowed to remain safely on their premises until pickup, at no extra charge. Everything was handled professionally, fairly, and with genuine care.
If you’re ever in trouble near Desenzano del Garda, this is the place to go. We are incredibly grateful.

On the last day of our family vacation I found a screw in one of our tires. Based on the positive recommendations here on Google I went to Bruno's repair shop and received a great treatment. Bruno instantly repaired the tire (vulcanizing it) for a very fair price. The garage itself also is very clean, has a comfortable waiting area and Bruno also seems to have great taste in music. High recommendation!

Awful experience. We arrived early in the day - just after 9. Waited 30 mins for someone to even speak to us. We were told they could see us in 30 minutes - so we waited. Eventual wait time was 2.5 hrs - only to be told they couldn’t help us as they didn’t have our tyre. Which they could have told us in the beginning. Sat around for 3 hours in the heat with kids - they should be ashamed of themselves. And then Charged €25 for even looking at it. Appalling.

Update post reply: as predicted.,a rude and nasty response. And blatant lies - you know you told us about the air conditioned room when you started looking at the van. Which was 3 hours after we arrived. You know you told us to wait 30 mins. We were respectful and courteous, even after being kept waiting long after the time you gave us. To say you couldn’t have helped at the outset would have been much better for al.
I think the reply says everything about the professionalism of the company
Anyway, this review is purely so others can make an informed decision. You might be lucky - I went there on the back of the positive reviews. But opinion might be unlucky like us. !

Fantastic service in a tricky situation. They fixed a cracked wheel on a corvette so I could go back to Sweden . They did it with a smile and professional technic. The best I ever seen
