Very kind, very helpful, and absolutely honest.
I drove to the shop with a tow truck because of a flat tire. In half an hour, they fixed the tire and replaced a burned-out light bulb, all for a very fair price. I highly recommend them if you ever need them.

It's been almost four months, and even though I don't think he needs it, I want to write a review (as I said I would).
The week before mid-August (2025), I found myself looking for a tire dealer to check a tire on my car (my regular tire dealers were already closed) because, while doing the service, it turned out I had a nail and my mechanic. I contacted Medagomme because a colleague told me she'd contacted them around that time and found them very helpful. I called them, and from the first phone call, they proved to be top-notch. "Come in, maybe you'll have to wait a bit because there's a lot of demand these days, but no problem!" I went, I barely had to wait, and I received incredible service. Not that they did anything special (I figured the tire needed changing, especially since I was leaving for vacation and would be driving over 400 km and wanted to be safe), but the way they greeted me and resolved the issue made me think that if I didn't have my own tire dealers, these would be an excellent choice (too bad they're so far from home). Inside the shop, the owner, his son, and an employee are competent, patient, kind, and helpful. I even had a chat with the owner, who seemed like a really nice guy!!
I recommend anyone in the area to go to Medagomme if they need it. Thanks again!

Fantastic service, even in emergencies! I asked for a quick tire change so I could get home and leave. They were incredibly quick, helpful, and kind! They didn't even know me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Plus, the price was very fair! Definitely worth keeping in mind! Highly recommended!
