I recently had a job done by them with an excessively high price, especially for spare parts. I called to ask for clarification, since by law I have the right to see the documentation for used spare parts, or at least to explain the reason for the high price. I was given no explanation, just a simple "No, you can't see it." I was told that next time, if you want to spend less, I should buy the parts online and go to a mechanic. I should also add and emphasize that the lady in administration is very rude, to say the least, she responds arrogantly and hung up on me, and it's not the first time she's behaved this way, even with other people in my neighborhood. There are ways and ways of saying things, and with someone like that, you only lose customers. I wanted to change my mind, but instead I'm always disappointed by her manner.

I had a part that was leaking diesel replaced in two days. They fixed it for me, plus they cleaned the entire engine compartment, and the job was done very well.
The only flaw was that they forgot to inflate my tires, which I had asked them to do, but whatever, that's the least of it. With all the people who drive, I think it's normal that someone would forget something like that.
I was very pleased with the speed and cleanliness of the car. Not everyone usually does that. There's not even a smell of diesel in the engine compartment.
It was full, even though it was full. 😅

This review is for bikers only.
Tire changes are not recommended due to wear. Having already brought my Audi A3 for the same service (I had it for 40 minutes between jobs, costing €60 for €10 valves, which is more than fair), I decided to also bring my MT 03 660, which I had brought the day before the appointment (with the resulting cost of having someone drive it home and pick it up). They advised me that when they found the time between other jobs, they would take care of the bike (maybe they didn't like mine? There's a difference of opinion), and that's where my discomfort begins.
I go to the cashier to pay and they ask me for €50 (if they had asked me €40, damn it). I ask them why €50 is the same amount you're asking me for the car. The tire dealer intervenes, saying yes, it takes the same amount of time.
I was wrong not to ask for a quote (after 1 year of bringing the car to him I thought I understood the prices I was wrong) but after all these dynamics telling a 50 year old (I know it's not written on his face) who has been riding a motorbike since he was 14 and who has had tyres changed, that it takes the same time as a car takes FANTASY (maybe tightening the chain took him 15 minutes) that is, now I'm going to book the car service again with Tom and Paolo (hoping they'll give me the appointment after this salmon) because they know how to treat cars and are honest and this remains my opinion. See you soon and good work
