I got a flat tire on my car and contacted them (Fuorigrotta office) about replacing them. My car has a specific size and the tire wasn't available (keep in mind that I had a spare tire on it). They invited me to go to the Arzano office where they were available. I got there and after a three-hour wait and my car on the dock, they told me that the tires (keep in mind that an employee at the Fuorigrotta workshop had advised us that we would be fitting them that day) weren't available because they were reserved. Zero organization.

My car stopped right here because of the battery. A stroke of luck, I thought. But no! I paid 10.00 euros for a jump start with cables practically on the spot. I'll stay away.

I've been to Viale Kennedy, Naples, twice in a few days, and I've been well served by Mr. Mirko and his team.
The first time, I had an auto electrician fix it, which was expertly resolved, but this morning, I had two slashed tires. They were really good: very honest, they left me with two still-good tires and recommended either two used ones or new ones. I opted for the two new ones because the price was very good!
Well done, honest, and affordable...!!!

I went to the workshop on Viale Kennedy in Fuorigrotta for a summer tire change. I was very satisfied with both the service and the helpfulness shown.
They are definitely my favorite tire dealers.

Congratulations to Well Officine on Viale Kennedy, Naples. I immediately received a warm welcome from one of the employees or owners, MIRCO, who entrusted me to the professionalism of a competent mechanic named Enzo. I repaired my Peugeot 2008, which had a completely failed air conditioning compressor. They showed me the problem and what caused it. The price was fair, and everything was duly documented with an electronic receipt bearing the RT logo. One-year warranty. (These days, it's rare to receive a receipt from mechanics who, in addition to not providing electronic receipts, are usually not even honest.) I would like to urge all mechanics to behave honestly, because today's customers don't take much time to do a few calculations, look up prices and labor online, and then change service providers. Watch out, everyone!!! Well done, guys, keep up the good work. Thanks, Floriano Cardillo.
