I'd like to share my negative experience with this service center. During my car inspection, it was discovered that the summer tires fitted were not up to standard. After further checks, the service center acknowledged the error, confirming the loss of my tires, which were all identical and of good quality. They offered me an alternative solution, so I returned to change them and pick up the replacements. However, I again found that the tires offered as an alternative were not of the same brand, and two were in less than optimal condition. Despite expressing my disappointment both in writing and by phone, I have not received a response to this request.
On the same date, I also changed my winter tires for convenience, as the non-compliant tires needed to be replaced. Had it been possible, I would have considered other solutions, considering that I was charged €50 for a service that previously included a deposit (a company agreement). I submitted documentation relating to payments made in previous years and formally requested a refund of the difference, but so far I have received no response. My attempts to contact the manager, Mr. Davide, were unsuccessful, neither by email nor by phone.
I hope that greater customer care will finally be shown, an adequate level of professionalism, and that the situation will be resolved promptly.

If you need tire replacements or a tire rotation, ask Davide; he's exceptional.
