I went to this tire shop to have a leaking tire checked. They told me, verbatim:
"Come back in two weeks. I have customers worth €1,000, I can't handle the €20 one."
I consider this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. The financial value of the service should never justify a refusal expressed in these terms.
I'm not asking for favoritism, but at least politeness and fairness. It was a negative experience; I won't be returning.

Very kind! I wasn't a customer, I showed up with a flat tire, 10 minutes before my lunch break, so I knew I'd have to wait at least until 2 PM. However, after a quick look, without my asking, they decided to intervene immediately and let me go to the customers; I'm a sales representative. Thank you again so much! NB: Maximum professionalism and a reasonable price; 10 minutes later I was on my way. Thanks again, Pezzola Gomme!

Having just had a flat tire over the weekend, I called and politely asked for a replacement and balancing of the tires I already own (paying, of course, not at a premium, and knowing the situation, I would have accepted even higher prices than usual).
Their only response was, "Well, you're not my customer, let's see."
To which I politely asked, "If it weren't a problem, I could have waited a couple of days," but the ensuing rant made me understand the character: "You see, I'll get you out of the SHIT!"
