Practically 100 out of 100 5-star reviews for a mechanic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Personally, I've NEVER seen anything like it, especially in Northern Italy 🛠️
See for yourself if this isn't a nice place or if what I'm about to write is just personal outbursts and delusions dictated by my own madness.
Let's begin:
Needing a mechanic and especially not having one I trust, I went here to Euromaster G.M.O. Padova, after the great experience I had (and well reviewed) at the Fiesso d'Artico branch.
In fact, I had my BMW inspected there four months ago, but for the mechanical work I requested, they sent me to this branch of theirs in Padua; which also happens to be a tire dealer 🛞🛞🛞🛞.
Even though I live far enough away from the Fiesso branch, I decide that "never change a winning team" and make an appointment.
From here on out, it's a different story:
I meet Valentino.
He's a character, kind and affable as well as professional. He has empathy and many other qualities. Sure, many people, or Paduans in general, might find him a bit strange at first, but then again, it's normal for things we don't "understand" or aren't used to to be a bit intimidating.
I assure you, however, that he's a good person and truly goes out of his way for the customer.
I didn't know him, but I appreciate his manners and manners (perhaps because I, too, am not what the world expects).
(We also have similar tastes, passions, and the same car 🤍💙)
Even more than in Fiesso, I felt truly part of the staff here, and that's unparalleled 🏆
I also met Pietro and another guy, who are young but capable and eager to get things done. Just what you need 🦾
This garage has also seen a significant increase in work and customers lately. You can see it from the number of people arriving during waiting times 🚦
My advice is to improve call reception and appointment management as soon as possible. 📲📆
The replacement Fiat 500s, on the other hand, are excellent: available, responsive, and almost fully equipped.
Technically, I've had 4 suspension changes here at a really good price 👍
But that's nothing compared to the tips and advice Valentino gave me 🫡
Here you can come in and talk, especially without mincing words.
In October, I returned for a small air conditioning issue and other concerns. I also met my new colleague there 🧑🏻🔧
Here I feel at home and confident in voicing my opinion. My trusted mechanic 🛠️
I even left a tip because in 30 years, I've truly never seen service like this 🏵️

Changed my grandfather's camper tires (he has six, with twin tires on the rear).
Helpful, competent, and with unbeatable prices.
I'll be back to change the tires on my car, too, given their workmanship and courtesy.
Highly recommended (it's a shame they can't give it 6 stars).

We've been coming to them for years, and once again, they've been fantastic. Today I had a flat tire, and they fixed it in twenty minutes. Their prices are fair, and they're super friendly and knowledgeable.
