I went to Ferrari Gomme on a Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. to inquire about disc brakes. Despite it being late, they greeted me immediately with great helpfulness and professionalism: within half an hour, I left with new brakes installed. Truly incredible.
I've been coming to this shop for years, both for tire changes and mechanical work, and I can say without hesitation that Andrea and Danilo are two true professionals: always smiling, welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to help.
One story says it all: Christmas Eve, I had a flat tire. I called them, and without hesitation, they came straight to my house, removed the tire from the garage, and brought me a replacement so I could use my car again. A service that goes far beyond the normal professional duty.

I went to Ferrari Gomme with a simple, urgent problem: a flat tire that was losing pressure. Since my car doesn't have a spare tire, I needed a quick repair.
Even though I was a potential new customer and repairing a flat tire is a task that, even if not immediate, takes a professional about 15-20 minutes, the person I spoke to categorically refused to assist me, dismissing me with the excuse that they were too busy with seasonal tire changes (summer/winter).
I understand that tire change season is busy, but not finding 20 minutes for an urgent repair and then ignoring a customer with a safety issue is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of interest in the tire shop's basic service and in new customers.
If a business isn't willing to help in an emergency situation, it doesn't deserve my trust. I strongly advise against it for anything other than a scheduled appointment.

I went twice to get a quote for alloy wheels. The first time they told me they were too busy. The second time they photocopied the registration document and said they'd let me know, and I'm still waiting...
But they don't have to give them to me for free.
