My trusted tire dealer, I've been going to them for over four years.
Despite only having two bridges, the service is always very fast. Stefano and Matteo are always kind and friendly with customers, always willing to offer advice and answer any questions.
Anna, at the front desk, is also friendly and helpful, always available to check tire availability and schedule appointments.
I even went to them after I got a flat tire on my way to work. They were super helpful in fixing the tire right away, even though they already had cars on the bridge.
I have no complaints about tire prices, which have always seemed in line with the competition.
As with the rest of town, there's limited parking in front of the shop, but as long as you respect your appointment times, you should be pretty comfortable.

The incompetence and superficiality of the lady who answered (who, by the way, is decidedly unpleasant) cost us the wrong tires, and, what's very serious when you have a business, she made the customer, my wife, look like a liar, when she's the one who should be cleaning her ears and listening. Two customers lost forever. Learn to live in the world and work, dear lady.

As I expected, she didn't contradict herself at all, subtly insinuating herself about her customers and continuing to lie about the phone call. She deserves not to have a single customer, but thank God that Stefano and Matteo are two exquisite, serious people who know how to listen. Learn from them. While vacationing in Serramazzoni, we found ourselves with a tire that kept going flat. Luckily, they were open on August 16th, and the repair was done in no time. The owners' kindness is also remarkable. A well-deserved five stars.

I've been coming to Gubertini since I lived in Serramazzoni. Now I live a little further away, but I still use them because they're competent, precise in their advice, and available for emergencies.
