Where do I start?
I'm in the countryside between Vignola and Modena at lunchtime and I'm left with a flat tire.
I call a tow truck, which arrives in about 40 minutes and takes me to the nearest tire shop in an area completely unfamiliar to me. I arrive at the shop and, after introducing myself to the owner...Luca...I explain what happened. He checks it out...makes an assessment and tells me that I didn't actually get a flat tire, but a bent rim. Therefore, in addition to the tire, which might be damaged and therefore need to be replaced along with the one next to it...there might also be a rim. But he offers me something...and I already know I'm dealing with a professional...honest and truly competent. They could try having the rim reconditioned, and while we wait the necessary week...he leaves me the spare tire and he tests it with my tire. He tests it thoroughly and if he sees that it's not damaged, he'll put it back on. I leave after about 30 minutes with a spare tire... a rim sent to be reconditioned and without having spent a single euro! I was prepared to be asked for labor costs... the time wasted and the spare tire service but... nothing! And when does something like this ever happen again? Anyway, I leave terrified of having to change two tires and a rim and I accept the fact that I'm ready to shell out at least €450 not including the related service. A week goes by and they contact me to tell me that the rim has arrived, that everything is fine and that the tire is perfect. I arrive the next day to have everything restored and Luca, very satisfied, tells me that at the end of it all... the rim and labor will cost me €119!!!!!!!!!!!! I was left in disbelief and astonished. He could have told me whatever he wanted... that the tire wasn't repairable... that the rim wasn't repairable... that the spare tire service cost money... and instead he fixed everything for me... he saved me everything he could save, and the best thing was the look of satisfaction on his face as I walked away happy as a child. THANK YOU LUCA. THANK YOU BRUZZI GOMME. The world needs more people like you. And obviously, I can't help but recommend them without reservation!!!!!! As far as I'm concerned... even though I'm from Carpi... they found a customer! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! It was the best customer experience I've ever had in 51 years of life.
